Movie Reviews To Come Soon
No, this is not a dedicated blog for my creations from school days. I am a movie-lover. And I do watch quite a few of them every week. I am going to write reviews on some of them esp. if they are new ones or worth-mentioning (for whatever reasons). So watch this space. She beckons
Part IShe beckons me with outstretched arms
To give in to her
Until now I have never succumbed to her charms
And I don’t think I shall ever.
Part II
Maybe some day I shall give in
Just to see her smile
I know that people shall laugh at me
But it shall be my own style.

Project UFO
(AD – 28-05-1995)I’d always wanted to know
About things called UFO
They really interested me
Doesn’t this song show?
Flashing across the sky
Those saucer like things
An imaginary Hercules
That frisbee flings.
So I did some research work
I visited libraries
I collected facts about them
From interviewees.
Some encouraged me
Some said ‘not again, not now!’
My brain even got compared
With the dung of a cow.
It took me some time
To contact people like me
Who’d put their bottoms on any line
To get UFO to see.
We visited various countries
Without a bit of luck
Gave many lectures
Until we just couldn’t talk.
We walked long nights
Our feet were sore
But the desperation
Grew more and more.
Some people cheered us
They said I looked like Einstein
Tell you the truth
I looked more like Frankenstein.
It was a new moon night
When we saw it crash
We watched the proceedings
From behind a mound of trash.
The spaceship was illuminated
With what looked like neon light
The aliens or whatever that jumped out
Were half my height.
We were ecstatic, we were scared
We didn’t know what to do.
Though we had been waiting for
This for years
We dared not say ‘yoo hoo’.
They spotted us, they fired at us
And we were all paralyzed.
They dragged me to the ship
While my friends looked on terrified.
After that I have no idea
Of what happened next
‘Coz they wiped out my memory
So that I should forget.
I found myself in a different country
A few days hence
I met my friends again and we decided
This was no nonsense.
At the beginning the question was –
UFO or No UFO.
But now we’d found that the answer was –
Yes and No.
Yes for their existence
Those Frisbee like things
No for people who plan to investigate
That is what me thinks.
